Who is Mary Ann Thompson-Frenk?

Mary Ann Thompson-Frenk is a humanitarian, conscious-capitalist, published writer, internationally award-winning sculptor, (recognized by the Buckminster Fuller Institute for being the first artist to innovate on geodesics to create the human figure), human rights/environmental activist, social-responsible investor (including Women That Soar and multiple eco-conscious startups) and frequently requested international speaker.

Mary Ann Thompson-Frenk is a visionary humanitarian, conscious capitalist, and internationally recognized sculptor. She co-founded The Memnosyne Institute, a global nonprofit dedicated to education, sustainability, cultural preservation, and social change. Through initiatives like FoodSourceDFW, which has saved over $55 million in food waste, and Masks For Life, which provided critical aid during the COVID-19 pandemic, she has impacted thousands of lives.

A sought-after speaker, Mary Ann has addressed audiences at the United Nations, White House, House of Lords, and the Parliament of World Religions. She champions socially responsible investing and co-founded UTF Holdings to support the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and empower underrepresented communities.

Her advocacy extends to international diplomacy, where she helped negotiate the first treaty in 300 years between the Hopi and Navajo nations and co-founded Eco-Eco, a green energy initiative promoting solar farms and biodiversity.
